Some days I'm so ready to give up hope. I had a day like that today. You already know that, Father.
Please show me how I am sinning when I mire myself in feelings of inadequacy, of being ugly, and of being "undateable."
Help my other siblings in Christ who deal with similar emotions.
We believe. Change our unbelief to belief. Grow our faith. Show us what it means to walk by faith.

Help us all to draw close to you this day and to hear your voice and read in your word how much you love us. That we may be strengthened and have hope renewed. Build our confidence in you Heavenly Father and help us to do all that you have set before us today working not unto man but as unto you taking one day at a time one step at a time as you show and direct our steps. May our work be fruitful and the satisfaction of work well done and the love that you pour into us be overflowing into those around us. Give us your eyes and ears and heart Lord to see, hear and recognize those around us you want us to reach out to for your kingdoms cause with grace, mercy, understanding, wisdom and discernment. As we wait for our future spouse to reach back to us and make him/herself known as we patiently wait on your perfect timing.

Father God,
Your word says that it's not good for man to be alone. I've got to assume that also means it's not good for woman to be alone. Your word also says that a man who finds a wife finds a good thing.
So why are so many of us alone? Please help us men to find our wives, and the women to be found by their husbands.
And if it's not too much trouble, let the finding be very soon. (I'm tired of being alone)

I ask that you would please send John_O a christian wife. Encourage him and give him peace in this area of his life until this prayer is answered. I pray that you will meet the needs of all the Single men and women who are praying for their future wives and husbands to come into their lives. I pray that they will wait for your Will to be done - for the right timing - and for them to know without a doubt when the person You send to them comes into their lives.
I pray that you will give us all contentment and peace. Help us to know if we are meant to have a life partner or whether you want us to be alone and single. And if it is your will for us to be alone the rest of our lives, help us to be content and give our entire lives to you and your work.
Help our hearts to long for you and not another human. Help us to be content to go places alone and do things alone. Help us to stop looking and waiting. Then if it is your Will for us to have a life partner, let us then be ready and accepting of that wonderful Heavenly gift.
I just pray for your Will for my life. I pray for peace. I pray for healing from past hurts. I pray for guidance for a New life that will give me a purpose. Help me to know that you truly care about me and will move someday in my life. I am trying to prepare for whatever your will is - whether it be alone of if you have a husband out there for me.

I don't want to live alone the rest of my life and miss all the wonderful experiences that a couple can experience when they are in love and are One. Mmm...Lord God You see our hearts inside, you know things about us even we don't yet know. Lord help us to focus our lives completey on you, that we may first be healed and whole and made perfect by your grace, and Lord then when we have been made ready by you, I ask and pray that you would give us the desires of our hearts. Lord please let our lives be lived for Your glory, and not for ourselves. Lord if anyone on here that is praying needs a healing from you, or revelation from Your Spirit, or Words of faith and encouragement or even rebuke and chastisement, Lord whatever they need and Everything they need, please bless them and us all beyond measure, that we may know Your awesome Love for us your people. L-Rd God You are and Awesome God and there is NONE LIKE YOU! Your Word says that with You there is forgivness therfore You are feared, Lord remind us of Your Love and Mercy, and help us all to grow in grace that we may be comfortable enough to come to You with all our desires, needs and prayers, because Lord God You care. Lord I come before you with praise and thanksgiving for blessing me to be married some day. That day has yet to come but I stand firmly on your words to me six summers ago that "you are the desire of someone's heart....someone is praying you." You had said and have said many things before and after to confirm that I would some day marry, but that day and those words still brings tears to my eyes more than the rest. To know that such a mighty and awesome God, creator, redeemer, and King, would stop by my prayer asking to receive the desire of my heart, to tell me that there is man somewhere praying for a woman like me, that I am the desire of one of your sons' heart. To let me know that just like I am praying for a husband with certain qualities and characteristics, somewhere there is a man praying for a wife who possesses the same qualities and characteristics that I have. That blew my mind. I love you so much for that Lord, and for forgiving me for almost making a mistake then with a man who was walking outside your will. Thank you for removing the fear that would make me move ahead of your word. Thank you for not letting me fall. Thank you for your mercy and grace and love and faithfulness. Thank you for the friendship that is now budding with the man of God you have blessed me to meet. I am standing your word and I am trusting you to bring us together according to your will and our faith.
Lord I also am praying for my son and my daughter who are now of age and desire to marry according to your will as well. Bless them to know for themselves and not to fall victim to the deceptions of their own hearts or the mouths of others. Help me not to worry for them, but pray the same prayers for them that I have prayed for myself and to believe for them just as I am believing for myself.
Finally Lord I thank you for this place where believers from all over the world join in fellowship with one thing in common: love and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Bless those on this forum who are husbands who looking by faith for their wives and those who are wives waiting in faith for their husbands. Thank you in advance for blessing us all to be joined together with our future spouses as one in you in that beautiful union appropriately called holy matrimony.

Lord,
I lift up all my brothers and sisters-in-Christ who desire to be married someday...I know what it is like to have this burning desire in you and be so frustrated because you can't seem to fix it. That is where we have to leave it ALL in your hands and know that you will do what is best for us. Please, give them the patience to wait on you and the wisdom to know who the right person that you are leading them to is when they come into their lives. Give them a peace knowing you are in control.
And you know my heart's truest desire is to love you with all my heart, my mind, my soul, my entire being...but also that part of me so desires to find the right young man you have for me.
I pray that you will take my hand and lead me where you want me to go, to prepare me to be the young woman that a young man after your heart could fall in love with. I have searched your heart, your face and I know exactly the type of man that I want, that I need...I only ask for you to give me the endurance and the faith to wait on you to send him.

Father,
Please consider those singles who want to be married. Prepare them for someone and prepare someone for them. Guide them in preparation for marriage and in the marriage union itself. That you be in their marriage guiding each of them is what I ask. I praise you for the institution of marriage and pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
